Yes you read right, a no-cheese pizza. A pizza with no cheese. Not even vegan cheese. And it is incredible. Ever since switching to my plant-based diet, I have been craaaaaving pizza but you know, that cheese thing. Can’t happen.
So! To combat my gargantuan need to consume pizza in all its glory, I decided to make my own. Where I live, accessing vegan cheese is like pulling teeth and as this was a spur of the moment decision, I decided to wing it and forgo cheese altogether.
I looked around my kitchen and the internet to come up with what I would consider the perfect no-cheese pizza. Well boy am I glad i did! Not only was this pizza a masterpiece (a little hyperbole here), but the cheese and butter and all that good stuff was not missed.
Here’s my no-cheese pizza recipe. Be sure to tell me how you liked it if you decide to give it a try!
